1. Program Registration

When you register for our professional ergonomic programs, you gain immediate access to our educational resources and consultation scheduling.

2. Cancellation Period

You may cancel your registration within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not yet attended a personalized consultation or accessed more than 20% of the digital educational materials.

3. Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are available for cancellations made within the eligibility period. After 14 days or once a consultation has been conducted, refunds are generally not provided, as the professional service has been initiated.
